What To Expect

Expect early mornings, disciplined setups, and a focus on playing the wind. Your guide will position you based on current movement, food plots, and travel corridors. Most days involve long sits with calculated adjustments, giving you a true whitetail experience that rewards patience and preparation.Our guided whitetail hunts are built around local knowledge and proven strategy. Experienced guides help you understand deer movement, set up on the right locations, and adapt to changing conditions throughout the hunt. From stand placement to timing and wind, you’re guided every step of the way to maximize your opportunity at a quality whitetail.

Important Information:

- Hunting Season: October 1st - January 15th

- Kill Fee: $500 (Not included in stay rate).

- $150/per extra guest, per day (non hunter).

- Cabin Sleeps 20 people.

- All hunters and guests must sign a Rental Agreement and Hunting Release form.

- All Hunts are guided hunts. We do not offer Solo hunts.

Every season, we plant and maintain our own food plots, growing nutrient-rich crops like radishes, turnips, and more, right here on the land. It’s a hands-on process rooted in patience, planning, and respect for the outdoors.

These plots aren’t shortcuts, they’re carefully cultivated to support the land, attract wildlife naturally, and keep everything in balance. From soil prep to harvest, we’re involved at every step, ensuring what grows here is intentional, sustainable, and true to the BMR way.
